Keeping Our Waterways Clean

Dave Freeman initiated the Harris County Storm Water Inlet Marker Project in the Champions Crossing Subdivision in 2009.  Storm drain markers have been placed on several drains in the neighborhood to help prevent pollution and reduce flooding, and serve as a reminder not to put grass/trash into the inlets.  Any homeowner who has a drain in front of his/her property, and who wants to place a marker or have a marker placed on the drain can contact him at (832) 671-9268 or via the website.

Our Local Cub Scout Pack

The Cub Scout program is a fun and educational experience. Scouting provides a positive place where boys can enjoy safe, wholesome activities, focus on building character, improve physical fitness, learn practical skills, and develop a spirit of community service. Pack 440 welcomes all males in 1st-5th grade to join the fun! For more information go to http://www.scoutlander.com/or contact Jennifer Laurence at jenniferlaurence@gmail.com, 832-978-2378.
